JOB DESCRIPTION
Full time Architectural position with 2 to 4 + years experience.
Ability to design within an open collaborative office environment and to work independently on putting permit sets together.
Knowledge of various levels of construction documents and the ability to develop and edit drawing sets within AutoCAD.
Understanding of building and local land use codes and their impact on design and construction.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
2-4+ years of professional experience, preferably in Aspen and Pitkin County.
Experience in taking a project from design to completion.
Team oriented and a willingness to be engaged in all aspects of the office.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam
